Exploring the Lives of Animals and Their Environments around the World

Introducing Berg Canopy

Dear readers,

My name is Berg Canopy, but my friends call me Mr. Canopy. I am an ecological zoologist from an area called Animalia. This means I research different animals and their habitats around our world. Interested in animals and how the environment impacts their lives since I was a kid, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. Sure enough, I studied ecological zoology at Knowledge University on Knowledge Island, where I received my official Confirmation of Smartness. This place’s exact whereabouts are unknown, except for those who graduated from there. (So, yes, I do know where Knowledge Island is, but I am afraid I cannot tell you because it is a secret.)

I do not specialize in any particular animal or environment. Instead, I learn about animals all over our globe. My work often takes me to different countries, regions and continents, where I add my findings to my ever-expanding Book of Animals so I can share my research with others and help beautiful beings no matter where they live. I love my job, and being around unique animals and locations is truly a dream come true.

I started this blog because one of the most meaningful parts of my work is sharing what I learn with my readers. Seeing the joy and wonder in people after they learn something new about their favorite animals and environments never fails to remind me animals and humans are partners, and that we humans need to understand how best to treat animals so everyone can live their happiest lives.

So, by all means, please read on and enjoy my posts. Each one focuses on a specific animal in a particular place, along with details about the related environmental conditions faced as well as the importance of conservation efforts. Sharing this information with you all is a genuine pleasure, and I hope it is as moving to you as it is to me.

Stay curious,

Mr. Canopy
